At Suzanne Bruce and Associates your time is important to you, and to us. One of our objectives is to get you in, taken care of, and on your way as quickly as possible.

Patient Registration Forms
You can download cosmetic patient forms and fill them out prior to your first visit to save time during your appointment.
Adolescent Patients
If your child is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany him or her child to their first appointment. Children who arrive without a parent or legal guardian present will have their appointment rescheduled.
Automated Appointment Reminders
Our automated appointment confirmation system will call your home two days prior to your scheduled appointment time to remind you of your appointment. Please listen to the entire message and respond by pressing the number "1" if you want to keep your appointment, or the number "5" if you want to cancel your appointment. Appointment Deposit Policy
For cosmetic appointments, we require a $100 deposit on all sessions except consultations.
Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy
In today's hectic world unplanned issues come up for all of us. We recognize this fact, but we respectfully request that you cancel your scheduled appointment by phone or e-mail a minimum of 24 hours in advance or you will forfeit your $100 deposit. That way the open slot can be filled with someone needing an appointment.
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy to our clients, we call to remind you 2 days in advance of your appointment. We use HouseCalls™, a personalized appointment reminder system that will call you between 6 and 8 p.m. at your primary contact number (usually home) to remind you of your upcoming appointment.
The reminder process is simple. HouseCalls will call and deliver a message pertaining to your next visit. First listen to your appointment reminder message, then:
- Press 1 to confirm your appointment
- Press 2 to replay the message
- Press 3 to leave a message for the doctor or nurse
- Press 5 to cancel your appointment
We added HouseCalls to provide you a higher level of service and a more efficient means of communication. Additionally, HouseCalls will enable our staff to fully concentrate on serving you during your appointment.
If we have your email address on file, we will also send you an email appointment confirmation.
