The Center for Skin Research conducts clinical research trials for pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organizations seeking Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval.

Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease consisting of dry, red, itchy patches of skin mainly occurring on the scalp, arms and legs. Depending on the type of psoriasis, patients may have pustules, or raised puss-filled bumps. We are currently enrolling for 3 psoriasis studies.

Psoriasis Study Katy Location

Do you have raised scaly, red patches on your skin that itch? If you are at least 18 years of age and have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months, you may be eligible to participate in a voluntary clinical research study lasting approximately 8 weeks. Qualified participants will receive all study-related care and investigational study ointment at no cost and may be compensated for time and travel. Health insurance is not needed.
