WHAT’S NEW – That’s been the title of my opening column for every issue of our newsletter The Skinny that we’ve sent you over the past 15 years. And it seems only appropriate as the title for our opening introduction to our new Skinny Blog.  For just like our written edition, the new Skinny Blog’s purpose is to inform you about the newest advances in medical and cosmetic dermatology as well as cover some of the truest skin health fundamentals.

Since we opened our doors in 1997, our philosophy has been that the best place to get advice and treatment to improve your skin’s health and appearance is in a dermatologist’s office. Our doctors, physician’s assistant, nurses and aestheticians are committed to providing medical and cosmetic procedures based on sound scientific research, not the latest fad.

So if you were a devoted reader of The Skinny, you’ll love our newest iteration – the Skinny Blog! It will cover a variety of relevant topics ranging from medical dermatology to the latest in cosmetic procedures. It will be published twice a month and will include info and advice from me and our other knowledgeable professionals. Also, in this modern day of digital convenience, how you enjoy it is up to you. You can either visit our website, or best of all, you can receive it in your mailbox! All you have to do is sign up in the box below.

With our new blog, you will once again get the skinny on how to achieve and maintain healthy and beautiful skin, but now the news will be even more up-to-date and available on a timelier basis. As always, we invite your comments and questions, so please don’t hesitate letting us know if you have a skin care question that you’d like us to address. We want our new blog to be interesting, informative and fun. With your input and feedback, you’ll make that possible.

So, come explore, and journey to a new you, as we travel to a new us. Happy reads!

Sincerely,
Suzanne Bruce, M.D.
