I forgot to scan at the office to “earn” my visit. Can I still get credit?
Yes, call our office immediately at 713.850.0240 to let us know and we will manually check you in for the appointment.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you are ready to redeem, visit the “rewards” page and hold down on the reward you are interested in redeeming to activate it. Make sure to inform us that you plan to utilize your reward when scheduling and we will be happy to oblige.
Can I get rid if my Alle and Aspire apps?
Technically, yes. But there are specific opportunities (like Alle Flash) that are only available to those who have the Alle app on their phone. But, SBA Beauty Rewards can conveniently host your wallet and account for both apps!
Do my rewards expire?
No! You’ve earned your loyalty rewards and we want you to have ample opportunity to redeem them.
Can I share my rewards with a friend or family member?
Unfortunately, rewards are not transferable. But, you can receive a “$25 off a cosmetic purchase of $200+” reward by referring a friend or family member to join SBA Beauty Rewards.
I accidentally deleted the app! How can I get it back?
On your next visit, scan the QR code like usual. Or visit sba.repeatmd.com
I don’t like my reward! Can I switch it?
No, we are so sorry, but we do not offer alternative rewards at this time.
I don’t want to give out my phone number for the app.
Unfortunately, a cell phone number is required to sign up. Although you may very occasionally get a text regarding rewards, you will never get a phone call regarding your reward. Once you receive a text, you have the ability to opt out. We strongly suggest you don’t opt out as you will be potentially missing out on valuable rewards!
